I’m really interested what shall I do now?
The Application Process
After reading all the information in the booklet you received from your teacher, decide if you would like to apply for the Leap into Health Summer School.
Read through the instructions for completion before starting the application form.
Complete the Section 1 of the Application form.
Give the Application form to your parent/carer to complete Section 2.
Once you and your parent/carer have completed the form you need to give this to your teacher so they can complete Section 3 and send back to us.
Your application form must reach the Leap into Health Team by 5th March 2010.
Places will be offered to applicants by 26th March 2010 and formal acceptance is needed by the 7th April 2010.
What happens after I have applied?
You will receive a letter to confirm the receipt of your application form. A few weeks later we will contact you again and let you know if you have been successful in gaining a place.
Where and when is the Leap into Health Summer School?
The Leap into Health Summer School will be based on Frenchay and Glenside Campus UWE in Bristol, between Tuesday 22nd and Friday 25th June 2010 inclusive, giving you the opportunity to use many of the University’s amenities such as teaching facilities, libraries, cafes, accommodation, shops and sports centre.
