Student Ambassador Kate Powell
I like:
Films, drinking, socializing, gym classes, relaxing, music, dancing and reading.
I loathe:
Adverts, insects, cold showers, fried food.
Things I like to do:
Socialize, chat, listen to music, go to the gym (to relax), read.
Why I am a Student Ambassador:
I want to help others understand that Uni is not this unreachable, alien place full of boring people.
What I’m looking forward to at the Summer School:
To meeting all the students and having fun.
How did I get to where I am now and what I’d like to do in the future:
How did I get to where I am now and what I’d like to do in the future: Left school, worked, married, had two children, studied at college, now at Uni doing a degree in occupational therapy. Aim to be a Great Occupational therapist – enabling people to achieve their chosen goals and work through any disablements they may encounter.
