Meet the learners . . .

Each learner profile has a different story to tell. These are stories of failure at school, disability, lack of support and encouragement, and in one or two cases, recognition of the need for a change in attitude to achieve greater personal happiness and fulfilment.

It is great that these nine people have agreed to bare their souls and share sobering tales of a difficult past, of increasing self-understanding and the development that has resulted from a new beginning.

Common to each is a touching honesty and a commitment to encouraging anyone who is looking to move on, or to start again, but for whatever reason has not yet taken the plunge into learning.
